![]() The shuttle driver did not deny they had lied. If the lady would have just said they totally forgot and they were sorry we could deal with that and understand things happen. We waited with 2 children for a little over 40 minutes for the shuttle. It was another 15 minutes before he showed up which tells us they did forget and lied to us. She said oh at least 7 minutes ago and not to worry he will be there. She hesitated and told us yes he had left. She paused and someone in the background said something and she said "oh yes, he is on his way, no worries, he will be there soon." We explained it had been 25 minutes and he had told us 10 to 15. We asked her if something had happened to the driver. 25 minutes later we decided to call back because all the other hotel shuttles had come and gone. We went outside and waited where they told us. The guy that answered told us yes they would be there in about 10-15 min. We called them when we returned to the airport to have a shuttle come pick us up. The biggest reason we won't stay here again is the front desk person lied to us. There were no towels at the pool and when we asked for some they didn't want to give them. This hotel is in need of an update for sure. All the tables that were vacant were dirty. The selection of food was very small compared to other places and what was there was pretty much gone and not replenished. There was no one in sight that was even trying to keep the area cleaned up. We had to literally try to step over the messes. There was food and spills all over the floors. ![]() We can deal with that but what we noticed was how unkept it was. The dining area is very small and was very crowded this night. We stay at Drury Inn and Suite hotels very often so we know what we should expect. We stayed here for an overnight as we had an early flight.
